Christian Nakhla the French ambassador in Kuwait said that achieving the new Suez Canal project in this period of time is by all means a miracle, pointing out that the French president François Holland will attend the inauguration ceremony of the New Suez Canal at the invitation of president Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi. Nakhla described the Egyptian-French relationship saying that it is distinctive and the historical relationship, assuring that France is proud of the Egyptians who succeeded in implementing such massive project in this short period of time, the matter that truly reflect the strong Egyptian will and the ability of the Egyptians to build and develop their country to meet the future challenges. Nakhla himself admitted that he is keen to share with the Egyptians their happiness with their huge achievement that’s why he will arrive to Egypt 6th of August to attend the new Suez Canal ceremony, pointing out that his family has old historical relationship with Suez Canal as his grandfather was one of the physicians of Suez Canal company, then he later opened a clinic in Cairo and Nakhla himself spent four years in Egypt in the French embassy there.
