Egyptian Natural Gas Company (GASCO) studies launching new petrochemical projects worth of $620m.

According to the Ministry of Petroleum’s statement, GASCO studies transferring Raven field from North Alexandria to Western desert gas complex at a primary cost of $105m. It is expected to launch this project by the middle of 2019.

The Ministry of Petroleum will implement the second stage of producing Ethane/ Propane mixture which aims at increasing gas derivatives, produced in Western desert gas complex. The second stage of the project costs $500m.
